Legal policy page reference
This reference lists the current legal policy pages, their URLs, and availability status. Eventually maintains a privacy policy, terms of service, sub-processors list, and a cookie policy. All four policy pages are published and served without a legal-review banner; the DPA is available only on request.

All four documents are published with no legal-review banner. Each has a standalone page and an optional script embed; see Embed a legal policy page on your Squarespace site for setup steps.
The marketing site also keeps its own pages at eventuallyticketing.com/privacy-policy and eventuallyticketing.com/terms-conditions. Those pages still serve their existing embeds and have not yet been switched to the new public documents.
Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

Security policy
Eventually maintains a partner-facing security policy that covers ownership, incident response, severity levels, and notification commitments. See Security policy for a summary or contact [email protected] to request the full document.
Embed system

Status definitions
published: the page is public and crawlable, and served without a legal-review banner.
under review: the page is incomplete or under legal review and may not be publicly accessible.
on request: the document is shared directly with partners or customers under NDA.
