Eventually for Nonprofits

Event ticketing for nonprofits on Squarespace

Sell tickets to your gala, benefit dinner, and annual fundraiser, and open free registration for volunteer trainings and community programs. All on your own site, on one calendar. No per-ticket fee taking a bite out of every seat you sell.

"The board approved a $75 ticket. After the platform took its cut, we netted closer to $68. Across 300 seats, that's a program line item we couldn't fund."

Built for organizations where ticket revenue is the point

Flat monthly pricing, no cut of your revenue

A tool, not a tax. The price is the same whether you sell 40 seats or 4,000, so the money raised at your event stays with the mission.

Free and paid events on one calendar

Volunteer orientation, the annual meeting, and the open house run as free registrations. The gala sells tickets. Guests see one calendar instead of three systems.

Tiered pricing, pay what you want, and donations in one cart

Sponsor table, member rate, general admission, sliding scale. A guest can add a gift on top of a ticket and check out once.

Venue capacity and waitlists

The hall holds 180. Eventually enforces it and captures everyone who came late to the party, which is a warm list for next year's appeal.

Ask what you actually need to know

Dietary restrictions. Seating requests. Accessibility needs. Volunteer shift preference. Whether they're new to the organization. It all flows to your guest list before the doors open.

Registration on your domain, under your name

No third-party logos between a donor and the checkout button. Your site is brand infrastructure, not a listing on someone else's discovery platform.

Common questions

Can we run free registrations and paid tickets side by side?

Yes. Free RSVP events and paid ticketed events live on the same calendar, so a volunteer training and a $150 benefit dinner can both be handled in one place.

Can guests add a donation to their ticket?

Yes. Alongside tiered ticket types and pay-what-you-want pricing, a guest can add a gift and complete everything in a single checkout.

Do we need Squarespace Commerce?

Yes, for paid events. Eventually uses Squarespace Commerce to process payments, which keeps transactions inside your Squarespace ecosystem: one dashboard, one payout schedule, no third-party payment account for your treasurer to reconcile. Free RSVP events don't require Commerce.

What does Eventually cost?

Flat monthly pricing from $13/month billed annually. No per-ticket fees, no percentage of sales. A free tier is available for free events and testing. The price stays the same whether you register 10 guests or 1,000.

Keep the ticket price with the mission

Your fundraiser shouldn't be funding a ticketing platform.
