How Banyan Dance Festival Runs a Six-Day, Multi-Venue Festival on Squarespace

Banyan Dance Festival is South Florida's first event of its kind — six days of movement, artistry, and community in West Palm Beach, August 3–8, 2026. Founded by Natural Movers Foundation and Grounded WPB, and made possible through the sponsorship of the Cultural Council of Palm Beach County, it brings nationally acclaimed artists together with local dance companies for performances, open classes, community socials, and a rigorous intensive for pre-professional and professional dancers.

A festival like this is a ticketing stress test. Across six days and multiple venues, Banyan runs dozens of events at every price point: company classes that sell out and open a waitlist, free rehearsal and company-class observations, drop-in classes, a silent disco, a gala, and a closing concert — anywhere from free to $65. Most organizations reach for expensive, standalone festival software to handle that kind of range. Banyan runs all of it natively on Squarespace.

One searchable, filterable calendar. Waitlists when classes fill. Free and paid side by side. Every venue and category in one place. That's Eventually at festival scale — proof that "native to Squarespace" doesn't have to mean small.
