Timed ticket release and sale windows
Timed ticket release lets you schedule when specific ticket types become available for purchase. You can set a start time for when a ticket tier goes on sale, controlling availability without creating a separate pre-sale.
Setting sale windows
Set a Sale starts date and time for a tier to control when it becomes available, and an optional Sale ends date and time to close it. Before the window opens, the tier is hidden from public view; after it closes, the tier shows as sold out or unavailable.
Edit the ticket tier in the Tickets & capacity section.

Optionally set a Sale ends date and time.
Save your changes.
Sale windows are interpreted in the event's timezone. Saving an unrelated event-builder field does not clear an existing timed release.
How sale windows behave when events change
When you duplicate an event, ticket types keep their sale windows, per-order limits, capacity types, and original prices. When you move an event to a new date, its ticket sale windows shift with the event date.
Editing a recurring event with a selected scope persists ticket changes, and future occurrences keep applicable ticket limits and capacity settings without inheriting an absolute sale window that would close sales early.
