MCP order data reference
The customer MCP server exposes order data to AI assistants connected to your account, including an overCapacity field that flags registrations created from a paid Squarespace order that arrived after the event or ticket type filled. Order data is read-only and requires the orders:read scope.
Accessing order data
Connect an AI assistant to your Eventually account, then use the list_orders and get_order tools to read order data. These tools return order results only when the connection uses the orders:read scope. See Connect Claude or ChatGPT to your account to set up the connection.
The overCapacity field
overCapacity is a boolean on each order. It is true when the order's registration was created from a paid Squarespace order that arrived after the event or ticket type reached capacity. When true, the seat is registered and flagged Over capacity and still needs the host to refund, cancel, or move it. See When a paid Squarespace order exceeds capacity.
